What might these markings mean?

I purchased this Tyre on the Silverstone Pageant this weekend as a memento. I'm questioning if any of those markings imply something attention-grabbing? Primarily the 'DN9 5 FR'. All the things I've discovered on Google about this don't sound correct. I assume the remainder are simply serial numbers and so forth.

The mechanic I purchased it from mentioned it was in all probability off of a Mclaren F1. He wasn't 100% positive although.
