Ages

All genders: eighth grade – 18+
Divers should possess the basics of diving, and a few expertise. Should be capable of swim unaided.

Worth

$195/day OR $750 for all the sequence (consists of t-shirt)

Program Notes

August 20 = Fundamentals, hurdle work, again press, physique positioning & line-up drills.

August 21 = Entrance & Inward classes will probably be taught.

August 27 = Again & Reverse classes will probably be taught.

August 28 = Twisting class will probably be taught.
