WHITEWATER, Wis. – The College of Chicago wrestling crew returned to twin meet motion with a 26-10 loss at College of Wisconsin-Whitewater on Saturday.
The No. 13-ranked Maroons dropped to 3-2 on the season whereas the No. 9-ranked Warhawks improved to 9-6.
UChicago picked up three wins, led by Drew Vlasnik at 157 kilos. The junior secured a 13-4 main resolution in that weight class. Tyler Joseph proved almost impenetrable as he scored a 7-1 victory at 174 kilos. Gunnar Garriques got here up clutch at 197 kilos to carry onto a 3-2 resolution.
