MILLINGTON, Tenn. – The College of Chicago baseball group absorbed a pair of losses to LaGrange School and Centenary School on Sunday.
The Maroons dropped to 2-4 on the season.
In sport one, No. 8-ranked LaGrange topped UChicago 7-1. The Maroons had been restricted to 2 hits within the sport whereas making three errors. Beginning pitcher Drew Bryan threw six innings with three runs allowed and 7 strikeouts. Hayden Brotz (2 ER) and Ethan Docter (1 R) each hurled one inning every in reduction.
Recreation two ended with an 11-0 loss to Centenary. Beginning pitcher Dylan White threw 5.1 innings, adopted by John Butka for two.2 innings and Kason Pelz for one inning. Will Benner led the offense with three hits.
