ATLANTA (April 1, 2022) — The Southern Tennis Basis, the charitable affiliate of the USTA Southern Part, is initiating a fundraising marketing campaign to endow a university scholarship within the title of USTA Chairman of the Board and President Mike McNulty.
As USTA President, McNulty has labored to strengthen the tennis trade, to streamline service supply, and to develop tennis on the grassroots and in public parks—and he has presided over an unprecedented increase in play in any respect ranges. A lifelong participant, McNulty has been an distinctive volunteer at each stage, beforehand serving as a founder and President of the Lake Charles (La.) CTA and as President of USTA Louisiana and USTA Southern.
Every year the Southern Tennis Basis awards school scholarships to seniors who’ve performed college or USTA tennis no less than two of their highschool years.
