Whereas Golden Boy says they haven’t given their approval for a fight between Ryan Garcia and Rukiya Anpo, the pair held a press convention to formally announce their battle scheduled for December 30 on PPV. Anpo took to the rostrum first and didn’t mince phrases about Garcia.
