Roy Erskine, Andy Murray’s maternal grandfather, is a former soccer participant who was not too long ago celebrated by the Stirling Albion soccer (soccer) membership.
On the tender age of 92, Roy Erskine has the excellence of being the oldest residing member of the Stirling Albion soccer membership.
It’s an achievement he carries with pleasure.
Roy Erskine was not too long ago available to look at his former crew in motion–word Andy Murray’s facial resemblance to his granddad.
“My dad is 92 and the oldest surviving @stirlingalbion participant,” Judy Murray, Andy Murray’s mother, posted on Instagram. “Right this moment he was at Forthbank to look at the match v @alloaathleticfootballclub. Received his photograph taken with the Div 2 trophy and a 75 ye outdated fan who remembered him (as a 9 yr outdated) from the 1953/54 seasons. Wonderful. And that’s MOTM Jordan McGregor.
