Victor Robles selected to not take the excessive highway on Sunday night time after Madison Bumgarner criticized him, and Washington Nationals supervisor Dave Martinez clearly needs the outfielder did.
Bumgarner blasted Robles and called him a “clown” after Robles admired a solo residence run on Saturday night time when his group was trailing 7-1 late. When the Nationals performed their collection finale in opposition to the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday night time, Robles stored the storyline going by wearing a clown nose in the dugout.
Martinez was not a fan of the stunt. He advised reporters after Washington’s 4-3 win that he was planning to talk with Robles about it.
