GREENCASTLE, Ind. / GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The College of Chicago swimming & diving groups swept twin meets at DePauw College and Calvin College in split-squad motion on Saturday.
At Calvin, the No. 3-ranked Maroon males gained 191.5-108.5 (10 occasion wins) whereas the No. 5-ranked UChicago girls gained 192-105 (14 occasion wins).
On the boys’s facet, Marcell Milo-Sidlo captured each of the gap occasions with a time of 4:40.48 within the 500-yard freestyle and 10:06.49 within the 1,000-yard freestyle. Spencer Dearman snagged first place in each diving occasions, scoring 308.17 within the one-meter dive and 308.85 within the three-meter dive. For the boys, Will Sampson claimed first within the 100-yard backstroke (55.18) and 200-yard backstroke (1:58.26).
