Lakers have had internal discussions about a potential Trae Young trade

It’s unclear if LeBron’s feedback are merely an influence transfer to drive the Lakers’ hand into constructing a greater roster — one thing he has been hesitant to do in latest seasons. For what it’s value, Kyrie Irving and Trae Younger, two All-Star-level level guards, have been each sitting courtside in Los Angeles for the second time this postseason. Younger, like James and Davis, is a Klutch consumer. The Lakers have had internal discussions about what a hypothetical trade offer for Young could look like this summer, in accordance with a number of league sources not approved to talk publicly.
