Boston Crimson Sox third baseman Justin Turner left Monday’s spring coaching sport towards the Detroit Tigers after he took a pitch to the face.
Tigers pitcher Matt Manning had some early management points in his begin. The suitable-hander allowed an infield single to Enrique Hernandez to guide off the sport after which walked slugger Rafael Devers.
