Giovinazzi joins WEC as Ferrari names 2023 Hypercar drivers

The 29-year-old Italian has been named as a part of a six-strong squad for Ferrari’s two entries within the Hypercar class alongside 5 regulars from its GT roster.
Giovinazzi, who raced for Alfa Romeo in F1 in 2019-21, will drive the #51 499P within the seven-round WEC along with 2022 WEC GTE Professional champions Alessandro Pier Guidi and James Calado.
