Former UFC welterweight title challenger Gilbert Burns predicts a battle towards Khamzat Chimaev at UFC 273, which is more than can be said about the latter.
Burns (20-4 MMA, 13-4 UFC) is aware of he has a tricky check forward of him towards the undefeated Chimaev (10-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC), however ‘Durinho’ believes he would be the one together with his arms raised on the finish of the competition.
The Brazilian spoke to Helen Yee forward of his April 9 showdown towards Chimaev.
“I see it going very arduous,” Burns, who will look to raise himself again into title competition with a win over Chimaev, instructed Yee (h/t MMA Junkie). “Particularly at first, he may be very robust. UFC 273, which can function Burns vs. Chimaev on the primary card, is scheduled to happen on April 9 at VyStar Veterans Memorial Enviornment in Jacksonville, Florida.
