Dominic Thiem has formally withdrawn from Wimbledon in 2022.
The Austrian, who began his comeback from wrist and hand accidents this spring, didn’t cite a medical purpose for his withdrawal – he shall be changed by Spain’s Feliciano Lopez in the principle draw.
Thiem is 0-6 on the season and has misplaced 11 consecutive matches in complete. He final appeared at Roland-Garros, the place he fell to Bolivia’s Hugo Dellien 6-3, 6-2, 6-4.

Wimbledon qualifying begins on Monday June 20, with important draw motion commencing on June 27.
