The Chicago Bulls gave “actual consideration” to a commerce of Alex Caruso to the Golden State Warriors forward of the deadline, sources inform Marc Stein of The Stein Line.
The Bulls had maintained for weeks that they would not commerce Caruso, who’s signed subsequent season on a $9.89 million deal. Caruso is among the league’s finest perimeter defenders and is hooting 40.1 p.c on three-pointers this season.
Caruso is represented by Greg Lawrence of Wasserman.
The Warriors also reached out to the Los Angeles Lakers on a commerce for LeBron James.
