Anthony Camal, a beloved trainer, highschool coach and former firefighter who was a nationwide and worldwide competitor in judo, has handed away.

Camal was initially instructed in Judo by his father Invoice Camal and earned a bronze medal within the 1989 Nationwide Championships in Judo.
He’s a seven-time New Jersey state champion in Judo and received the World Police and Firefighters championships in 2001 and took silver in 2003.
Camal has held the Annual Camal Judo Northeastern Championship for a minimum of 14 years, and he served as the primary vice chairman of the Hudson Yudankashi, a regional physique of the USA Judo Affiliation.
He was a trainer in Little Falls, New Jersey. As a coach he has produced many junior nationwide, senior nationwide and worldwide rivals.
Camal obtained a 2012 Firefighter Award for Valor from the Paterson Hearth Division in Paterson, New Jersey, and injured his again on account of his duties as a firefighter.
