Undisputed 168-pound champion Canelo Alvarez will defend his titles in opposition to John Ryder on pay-per-view Saturday evening at Estadio Akron in Zapopan, Mexico, not removed from Alvarez’s hometown of Guadalajara.
The fighters weighed in Friday Teatro Santos Degollado in Guadalajara, each making the division restrict.
