GORHAM, Maine – The Husson College girls’s lacrosse group falls to 0-2 on the season after a 15-3 defeat to the College of Southern Maine Huskies on Saturday afternoon at Hannaford Subject.
The Huskies opened the competition scoring the primary 9 objectives of the sport. Junior Devyn Veits scored the primary Eagles aim early within the second half for her first aim of the season then freshman Natalie Whitten scored her first collegiate aim because the Eagles trailed 13-2 on the half.
The Huskies outscored the Eagles 2-1 within the third quarter with the lone Eagles aim scored by Veits for her second of the sport. Veits’ aim ended up being the ultimate aim of the sport as climate did not enable the fourth quarter to be performed.
