TOLEDO, Ohio – The College of Chicago girls’s tennis crew kicked off its season with the primary day of motion at Toledo College’s Rocket Invite on Friday.
The Maroons are competing in opposition to NCAA Division I opponents Toledo, College of Illinois-Chicago and DePaul College over the course of two days.
UChicago opened up with singles and doubles bouts versus DePaul, together with singles matches in opposition to host Toledo. The Maroons acquired a pair of singles victories from sophomore Nicole Geller versus DePaul (7-5, 7-5) and first-year Brooke Pedersen versus Toledo (6-7, 6-3, 10-6).
