Immediately is Monday, August 29, 2022. It’s Week 1, Day 1 of the RunBlogRun Fall Cross Nation Coaching & Racing Program. It’ll take you thru the USATF Junior Nationals, FootLocker Cross Nation, all state meets, and previous the NCAA and US Membership Championships.
We work on a seven-day weekly plan, with a future, tempo run, hill day, and race or pace day. Three restoration days, and people are a should. To construct your mortal engine, you need to have restoration, eat nicely, hydrate nicely and sleep nicely.
