Daniel Cormier points fiery response to Rinat Fakhretdinov’s harsh remarks
Cormier was requested about Fakhretdinov’s post-fight feedback throughout a recent Q+A session forward of UFC Edmonton.
“I don’t know what this dude was speaking about,” Cormier mentioned of Fakhretdinov. “Hear, bro, he misplaced. I don’t care what number of instances he complains. These fighters, they go and so they struggle, and it was so clear that [Fakhretdinov] misplaced the struggle. He will get a microphone and he goes and sticks his foot in his mouth…
“That’s the issue, he’s a moron, and he simply wants to acknowledge that he misplaced. Simply take [the criticism], you bought gifted a win. Take it and preserve your head tucked down till you struggle any person subsequent time!”
As of this writing, Fakhretdinov hasn’t responded to Cormier’s feedback.
Fakhretdinov stays unbeaten in his UFC tenure with the victory at UFC 308. Earlier than UFC 308, Fakhretdinov defeated the likes of Bryan Battle, Kevin Lee, and Nicolas Dalby.
Cormier might be on the decision this weekend at UFC Combat Night time: Edmonton, that includes a flyweight headliner between Brandon Moreno and Amir Albazi.
