Monday: warm-up, 40-50 minutes reasonable working, 6 x 100m stride outs, cooldown
Tuesday: Heat-up, 55 minutes working on trails, quarter-hour simple working, then, 8 occasions 2 minutes arduous, 3 minutes simple, with quarter-hour simple working, and cooldown, (arduous working at 1500m tempo)
Wednesday: warm-up, 40-50 minutes, reasonable working, 6 x 100m stride outs, cooldown
Thursday: warm-up, 55-minute fartlek, 10 minutes working, then 16 x 1 minute arduous, 1 minute simple, 13 minutes working, then cooldown
Friday: warm-up, 40-50 minutes reasonable working, 6 x100m stride outs, cooldown
Saturday: warm-up, Racing on the relay, 4x400m, plus a 1000m, or an 800m, calm down
Sunday: 65-70 minutes reasonable tempo, on trails
